Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Oakhurst, NJ
Aura Medical's planned IOP provides structured, multi-session-per-week behavioral health treatment for adults — while you continue living at home, working, and staying connected to your life.
What IOP looks like at Aura
IOP is planned for 9–12 hours per week, typically three ~3-hour sessions. Programming combines group therapy, individual sessions, and family involvement — coordinated with physician-led medical care in the same facility. Exact schedules will be published closer to opening.
Who IOP is for
Adults 18+ navigating substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or co-occurring diagnoses who need more support than weekly therapy but don't require residential care. IOP is also a common step-down from Partial Care or inpatient treatment.
The integrated difference
Unlike standalone IOPs, Aura's behavioral programming is coordinated with addiction medicine, medication management, and point-of-care testing under one roof — one team, one chart, one plan.
